Safe, Precise, and Reliable Drilling Solutions for Cathodic Protection Systems

We are a full-service nationwide cathodic protection service provider. We provide solutions for refineries, marine facilities, pipelines, power plants, nuclear facilities, well casings, chemical plants, aboveground storage tanks and many other applications. In other words, if your asset is metal, we can protect it! When it comes to either sacrificial/galvanic CP systems or impressed current CP systems, we’ve got the experience and know-how to take your project all the way.

We own our equipment, including our drilling rigs, which makes a difference when you’re choosing providers. Our in-house fleet allows us to control our schedule and prioritize your project. Let us use our resources to help you design a system that protects your asset while minimizing your headaches.

Some of Our Drilling Specialties Include:

  • CP Installation Drilling: We have a fleet of state-of-the-art equipment available to install your complete CP system without a hitch. We also provide maintenance drilling services to help you improve the performance of your system and avoid systemic failure. Poor installation could jeopardize your investment in CP; because our professionals have decades of experience in groundbed installation, we have the expertise to ensure your system is installed correctly and works as required.

  • Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) : Our team of trained professionals uses horizontal directional drilling (HDD) for tricky installations. HDD installations minimize environmental disruption, especially around sensitive structures like roadways, railroads, and waterways.  This trenchless drilling method is optimal for crossing under rivers, highways, and developed land.

  • Deep Vertical Drilling (Air and Mud Rotary)

    • Air drilling uses compressed air instead of drilling fluid to lift cuttings out of the borehole. It's typically used in hard, dry, and stable formations where liquid mud isn’t necessary. It allows for faster penetration rates and reduces formation damage, but it requires careful management.

    • Rotary mud drilling circulates a drilling fluid (“mud”) down the drill pipe and back up the annulus to carry cuttings out, cool and lubricate the bit, and maintain wellbore stability. It’s more common in soft or unstable formations.

  • Auger Drilling: Auger drilling can be a good fit for CP systems and utility installations. It’s fast, cost-effective, and ideal for shallow to mid-depth applications, especially where fluid-assisted drilling isn’t required. Our crews deliver clean, accurate boreholes with minimal site disturbance—perfect for urban, remote, or environmentally-sensitive locations.
